AUDIO MIRROR - FREEWARE LICENCE

Copyright (c) 2026 Five Element Group Pty Ltd (ABN 89 627 200 980).
All rights reserved.

By installing or using Audio Mirror ("the Software") you agree to this licence.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. Licence to use
   Five Element Group Pty Ltd ("FEG") grants you a free, non-exclusive,
   worldwide licence to install and use the Software on any number of
   computers, for personal or business use, at no charge.

2. Sharing
   You may give the unmodified Software to others, free of charge, provided
   this licence and all copyright notices remain intact.

3. Restrictions
   You must not:
   (a) sell, rent, lease or otherwise charge for the Software, or include it
       in a product or service that is sold;
   (b) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble
       the Software, except to the extent the law expressly permits;
   (c) remove or alter any copyright, trade mark or licence notice.

4. Ownership
   The Software is licensed, not sold. FEG retains all rights, title and
   intellectual property in the Software.

5. What the Software does to your audio settings
   The Software plays sound on several audio outputs at once, changes which
   output is the Windows default, sets each output's volume, and can disable
   and re-enable audio devices in Windows, which hides them from other
   programs until they are enabled again. Check the volume before playing
   sound through an amplifier, receiver or headphones.

6. No warranty
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software is provided "as is",
   without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty
   of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

7. Use at your own risk and release
   (a) You use the Software entirely at your own risk. You are responsible
       for setting it up correctly and for checking that it suits your
       computer and audio equipment.
   (b) The Software works as described when used as intended. Misuse can
       cause damage. Misuse includes:
       - using it other than as described in its documentation;
       - playing sound at a volume your equipment or hearing cannot take;
       - using it on computers you are not authorised to manage.
   (c) To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release FEG and its
       directors, officers, employees and contractors from all liability,
       and waive all claims against them, for any loss, damage, cost or
       expense of any kind arising from or in connection with installing,
       using, misusing or being unable to use the Software, however caused
       (including by negligence). This includes damage to speakers,
       amplifiers, receivers, headphones or computers, changed or disabled
       device settings, and loss of profits or business.
   (d) You indemnify FEG and its directors, officers, employees and
       contractors against any claim by any other person arising from your
       misuse of the Software or your breach of this licence.

8. Limitation of liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, FEG is not liable for any loss or
   damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software,
   including damage to equipment, loss of profits or business, or any
   indirect or consequential loss.

9. Consumer guarantees
   Nothing in this licence (including clauses 6, 7 and 8) excludes, restricts
   or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term
   or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any
   other legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where FEG's
   liability for a breach of such a guarantee can be limited, it is limited
   (at FEG's option) to supplying the Software again or paying the cost of
   having it supplied again.

10. Termination
   This licence ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must
   stop using the Software and delete all copies. Clauses 4 and 6 to 9
   continue to apply after termination.

11. Governing law and courts
   This licence is governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory,
   Australia. You and FEG submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
   courts of the Australian Capital Territory and of Victoria, and the courts
   that hear appeals from them.
